Rotator Cuff Tendonitis: Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment

What is Rotator Cuff Tendonitis?

Rotator cuff tendinitis, also known as rotator cuff tendinopathy, is an inflammation of the rotator cuff tendons. These tendons are crucial for shoulder stability and motion. Tendinitis often results from repetitive overhead activities, which cause microtraumas in the tendons.
