Tendonitis vs. Tenosynovitis
Understanding Tendonitis
Tendonitis can be a real pain, quite literally! It sneaks up when those fibrous strands that tether muscle to bone get all cranky. Why? Overdoing it, getting knocked around, or just the inevitable dance with Father Time. You might notice the area gets sore, swollen, and as stubborn as a mule when you’re trying to get stuff done. It’s the price you pay for typing like a maniac, hitting the tennis court too often, or even going to town in your garden. All that repetitive action puts the tendons under pressure they don’t fancy.
